It's a slippery slide past that point of no return. But I agree our intuition is usually sending off warning signs but we must listen. That's been the biggest lesson, I still flirt with that line on occasion but I can quickly see the signs my gut and body are showing me when Im doing too much or taking on something that could lead me back down that path.
