Even Gary Vee has talked about how its really hard to grow on IG. The maturity and saturation just requires everyone to be better -- Or, last longer. As it betters harder, more people will quit. So we can use consistency to our advantage as well and outlast people.

Good point and I’m glad Gary has picked up on that as well. Consistency is really what it’s all about, and I think that’s what others have said before that so many just wind up quitting after not getting traction so that can help leave gaps to fill.
It's very true. Success or "traction" isn't guaranteed, even with consistency. You simply put yourself in a better position for it to happen. However, I think this is why it's incredibly important to find something you love doing.
