I love the idea of drawing inspiration (idea, structure) from others and adding our spice and POV. As writers we need techniques to lighten the load and connect deeply with our readers. Formats that work for others can work for us too.
100% agree. Jay Abraham was known for pulling in strategies from unrelated industries. Recently for me I've shifting from following direct response copywriters to content writers. On the surface they are doing the same thing but they are building businesses completely differently.
Hey Matt! Thank you. I have seen (and tested) similar. I think Matt Giaro has some too. I wouldn't recommend "re-mix"ing someone else's posts BUT I've remixed my own for additional ideas.
Oh for sure, re not mixing someone else’s, but I think they can be helpful if looking to explore or expand upon prior posts and keep the content inspiration flowing! 😊
100%. I often play with remixing my own posts. Expand and double down on what works. For other peoples posts, I will let themes, topics, and structures inspire what I do.

Agreed. It can help ease the transition into consistently writing and through repetition you will develop your own style and flair.
Thanks for sharing.
This is also an invitation to avoid staying stuck into our niche bubbles and create connections

Do you mean in the way they attract clients?
Yup - acquisition. But also business models, pricing, and audience building.
It's part of what I love here. The content inspires and you can find people from all walks of life.
It's so refreshing.
Man if you do this I got an automation that your gonna love…
When we meeting up next?
I will be getting to your message asap. Been a little behind this week.
Amazing video. This is very helpful. I have to make templates for simple posting on LinkedIn and IG. Thank you for this!
No problem. Canva templates can help you pump them out quickly. But the reason I love substack is that you don't need visuals.
Great video Landon! I've also seen some great AI prompts as well that can help "re-mix" things.

You can also use this with an Ai prompt and ask it to suggest a few things in case you’re short on inspiration
That's a great addition! We should collab in the future, I'd love to share some of your prompts to compliment these.
Absolutely
