"I just needed to invest my time in the right place."

I wish I could put this on a post-it note and staple it to my forehead so I could see it every day. I think a lot of us have this problem, and it's a result of too much input, competing priorities, and the seemingly literal need to be everywhere. It's not possible.

I'm putting most of my energy these days into Substack. I've only been here about a week but I love the quality of the people here and that the written word is honored and prioritized. Your articles have been a great resource for me, so thank you!

Well summarised ... the biggest winner of the always on, be everywhere and post constantly are neither us nor the audience we would like to attract but the big tech companies trying to keep you/us in their universe to bombard you with advertising on the one hand and siphon off data on the other ...
