There's ONE trait I've observed in successful online businesses.
Allowing them to profitably launch any product or service.
At any price point. High ticket or low ticket.
And after you read this...
...You might find yourself clearing your Google calendar and making extra time for it.
This week I sent a message to one of my clients:
"What changed?" I asked.
You see,
We'd been doing 2x ROAS for over 4 weeks...
And then it skyrocketed to 15x.
Followed by 10x, and the sales are still rolling.
This change brought on a 5x improvement in profit.
And it had nothing to do with a complex funnel, fancy ads, 37 follow-ups, or cold outreach.
It came down to this:
"The way I’m positioning the offer." He replied.
^^ This was made possible because of this trait I've observed in the most successful businesses.
Sales calls.
Don't let the simplicity of that statement downplay its importance.
There are insights that can ONLY be gathered by picking up the phone and speaking with lot's of prospects.
And in the age of AI, automation, and "sell by chat"...
...The "inefficiency" of picking up the phone and having a human conversation is the edge that can turn 2x into 10x.
He never would have known how to re-position his offer without it.
And I've seen it time and time again.
Struggling offers. Breakeven ROAS. Messaging that's missing the mark.
That could be solved by picking up the phone.
Truth be told?
This is also the secret to profitably selling by chat and adding automation.
Because these conversations arm you with exactly what you need to properly position your offer to be highly desirable making it an "Easy Yes."
Because if you can't sell it on the phone?
How do you expect to sell it by chat, email, or a sales page?
Without picking up the phone you'll never gather the feedback you need to adjust and adapt your marketing and position.
So then,
Whether you're about to launch a new offer?
Or, struggling to sell an existing one...
It might be worth it to be inefficient, pick up the phone, and speak with your prospects... Even if just for a while.
It could be the difference between struggling to breakeven and waking up to Stripe payment notifications.
Hope this helps.

I did that in person and I'm still doing it, so I think that counts :)
